For $75, Sellers can also be protected against costly repairs during the listing, with just one low deductible per service call. The $75 fee covers most major mechanical systems and built-in appliances and now includes heating and air conditioning coverage, with a satisfactory HVAC inspection provided for under the Plan.

How it Works

On the Application Form, simply select the Seller's Advantage Plan in the Coverage Section box. Upon receipt of the $75 fee, coverage for covered items other than heating and air conditioning will begin immediately and ServicePlan of Florida, Inc. will schedule an inspection with a local heating and air conditioning contractor. The inspection is at no additional cost to you and upon its satisfactory completion, coverage of your heating and air conditioning systems will begin. With the Seller's Advantage Plan, you can enjoy peace-of-mind coverage while your home is on the market.
