A special team of Coldwell Banker Walter Williams Realty agents stands ready to assist corporate transferees and their families. Special services are tailored to meet the unique needs of the employees who are being asked to relocate. Some of our services include the following:
- Sending an individualized relocation package (including optional videos and children's and teen packages) with information addressing the specific needs of the family. If time does not permit sending the package, having it delivered to the hotel for arrival.
- Setting up a schedule for transferee's arrival date and the dates for contact prior to arrival. These contacts will be frequent and include a call just prior to departure to review plans for the homefinding trip.
- Encouraging mortgage pre-qualification; check with transferee as to corporation's policy in this area.
- When appropriate, meeting the transferee at the airport and making hotel reservations. Helping the transferee understand the lifestyles and areas that are available, giving individual attention to the transferee while he/she is in the area.
- Conducting a pre-move area orientation tour (with map) to enable transferees to become familiar with the entire area.
- Following up with area tour of communities around employment site; highlighting (and touring if possible) schools, shopping centers, medical and religious facilities and other areas of interest.
- Showing specific homes in communities selected by transferee. Properties are previewed whenever possible; a thorough knowledge of the homes available in agent's effective service area is mandatory. Also, agents are familiar with area apartments and rental properties.
- Fully briefing transferee on real estate procedures and customs in the area.
- Assisting transferees with any corporate requirements such as "Buyer Worksheets", destination CMA's (competitive market analysis), etc. Being prepared to provide the transferee with information to complete these forms.
- From contract to closing, the full contingent of support is available. Agent, assistants, closing coordinators and concierge provide top of the line services throughout the buying process.
